The amount used depends on the action and how much content it works with. Transcription and mind-map creation use credits separately. Your 10 Free credits are a one-time introduction to the AI tools. Check used and remaining credits in Account settings.

Create up to 3 boards you own, with up to 3 people per board including you. All board tools are included: notes, mind maps, moodboards, charts, templates, storyboards, presentations, files, collaboration, and PNG/PDF exports. You also get 10 introductory AI credits. Boards shared with you do not count toward your board limit. No credit card is required.

Only boards you own count toward your board limit. Blank boards and boards created from templates, voice notes, or source imports all count. The board owner's plan sets its people limit: 3 on Free, 10 on Pro, or 50 on Pro+, including the owner, editors, and viewers. Collaborators can join using Free accounts. AI actions use the credits of the person running them.

Your boards and existing members stay saved. On Free, choose 3 editable boards in Your boards; the others remain viewable and exportable. You cannot create another board until you are below the 3-owned-board limit or upgrade. If a board has more people than your new plan allows, existing access is retained, but new people cannot join until there is room or you upgrade.

AI tools use credits from one shared balance. The amount depends on what you ask AI to do and how much content it works with. Research includes search costs. Transcribing a voice note and creating a mind map use credits separately. Image generation shows the credit cost before you generate. Daily request limits also apply.

Your 10 Free credits never expire, but they do not reset. Pro and Pro+ credits refresh when your monthly subscription renews and payment is confirmed. Unused credits do not carry over. You can see your next reset date in Account settings.

You can keep editing, sharing, and exporting your boards. AI tools need available credits to run. Check your balance and usage in Account settings.

Choose Pro or Pro+ above, then sign in or create an account to continue to Stripe Checkout. Your plan updates after payment is confirmed. Use Manage billing in Account settings to change your plan, update payment details, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

No. If an AI request fails, its reserved credits are returned to your available balance. You can check used credits and requests in progress in Account settings.
