Common questions

My changes are not saving. What should I do?
Keep the board open and copy any unsaved text somewhere safe. Check your connection and use the retry control shown by the save error. Avoid closing or refreshing the board until the save succeeds or you have a copy. If the problem continues, include the exact error and what you were doing when you contact us.
Why is an AI tool unavailable?
Check the message shown by the tool and your available credits in Account settings. Some actions require selected notes, a supported source, or a credit quote before continuing. If a request fails, retry only after checking the error. Manual editing and board exports remain available when your AI credits run out.
Which files can I turn into a mind map?
Source conversion supports PDFs, supported audio files, uploaded video, public webpage articles, and public direct video-file links. Review the extracted text before generating.
  • PDF conversion supports up to 50 pages.
  • Uploaded source files follow the board owner's plan: 20 MiB on Free and 50 MiB on Pro or Pro+. Board storage limits also apply.
  • Voice-note capture: Record or upload up to 10 minutes of audio, with a 20 MiB file limit.
  • Audio and video source conversion supports recordings up to 10 minutes.
  • Video links must download a supported file directly. YouTube and other watch-page links are not supported for conversion.
  • Webpage conversion captures public article text. Supply the text yourself if a page is blocked or cannot be extracted.
Why can’t I open a shared board?
Sign in with the email address the owner invited. An invitation can expire or be revoked, and the owner may have changed your role or removed access. Ask the owner to check the invitation and create a new one if needed. Do not send your private invitation link in a public message.
How do I export my work?
Open your board and choose Export to download the saved board or selected cards as PNG or PDF. Use Export storyboard PDF from the storyboard sequence editor for an ordered shot sequence. Exports include saved content; pending AI suggestions need to be kept first.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Account settings and choose Manage billing for your paid subscription. The billing portal shows invoices, payment details, and cancellation options. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another billing period. For a billing mistake or a refund question, contact support with the account email and invoice reference, without sending payment-card details.
How do I request account deletion or make a privacy request?
Use the contact details below and tell us which account the request concerns. Account deletion is handled through a request; there is currently no self-service deletion control. Parking or scrapping cards keeps them available for restoration. See the Privacy policy for information about saved files and retention.
